When will my order be shipped?

Most of our orders are picked and forwarded the next working day after ordering. During high-season it might take a couple of days longer. 

How long does the delivery take?

This varies by location. To Finland and Northern Europe deliveries take 1-4 days. To Southern Europe it takes from 5 to 7 days.

Shipments outside EU take about one week. Local customs handling might prolong this.

Can I return products?

Yes. You can return products 14 days after your order is delivered.

For most of the European Union countries we offer free returns. If this applies there is a return postage sticker attached in the order.

How can I exchange or return a product?

You can find an exchange and returns form with instructions inside your package.

If you are eligible for free returns and exchanges, you will also find a previously printed return postage sticker.

Just re-pack products with exchanges and returns form filled and take the package to the same delivery company’s pick up point that you received the package from.
